OPTI Manufacturing, a corporation based in Puerto Rico (USA), was founded by Mr. Pablo D. Aguayo on September 1990 through a takeover of the former HTL Caribe Inc. plant, a subsidiary of Pacific Scientific Company, located in Luquillo, Puerto Rico. Since then, OPTI Manufacturing has acquired all the rights to manufacture, sell, and service Pacific Scientific Aircraft Cable Tensiometers.

Our Product / Services
In addition to Aircraft Cable Tensiometers, we also offer Contract Manufacturing Services, specializing in the manufacture of wiring harness and cable assemblies for aerospace and military applications. We have the expertise to produce a wide variety of products, from simple interconnection cables to completely environmentally sealed, multi-connection assemblies, suitable for use in harsh EM/RFI environments. Our quality system is AS 9100:2016 & ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
